Specification of Plate

Thin plate can be easily used for punching with low cost. Under the premise of minimum hole diameter principle, appropriate plate thickness is more suitable to enhance the anti-pressure capacity of the products. Plate has a certain tolerance generally. The thickness of plate we can punch is between 0.1mm and 25mm. The length of plate refers to the size of the long edge of plate, and width refers to the size of short edge. Generally, the specification of plate is bending plate of 1000mm*2000mm or 1000mm*Nm. We can produce products with various specifications according to your requirements.

Perforated Rate

Obviously, perforated rate is correspond to the hole diameter and hole pattern. Perforated rate refers to the proportion that the hole area accounts for the total area of plate, which can be expressed by percentage. You must notice that the pressure of punching equipments can lead to deformation of plate, and the bigger the perforated rate, the more obvious the deformation of plate, especially in a situation of the four corners without leaving edge. This kind of deformation can be smoothed out（leveled） by a particular machine of our workshop, so the particular requirement on smoothness（leveling） shall be proposed after serious consideration.

Margin Leaving

Margin leaving refers to the area of plate edge without punch. The typical punching plate is that the long side requires leaving margin. You shall provide us with the size of the four margins if any particular requirements. The margin may be affected due to manufacture and production. If it is unsuitable for your requirement, we can provide similar products upon your agreement.

The price of standard pattern is slightly higher than that of nonstandard. If no any special requirements, we will provide you with nonstandard pattern.

Tolerance

|
Punching products are allowed to have certain tolerance in thickness, edge distance, perforated rate, smoothness, etc. Just as the production process of other products, the higher the strictness of tolerance, the higher the corresponding production cost. Hence, you shall ensure the specific tolerance of the products so as to get satisfactory products, and if no any special requirement, we will manufacture it in accordance with standard tolerance.
